Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email with your order details and receipt will be sent to your registered email address. You can also view your order history by logging into your account on our website.

How can I return an item?

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Bearberry introduces 2–3 new designs every day, so our collections are always fresh and evolving. While specific designs may not always be restocked, you'll always find exciting new arrivals. You can also reach out to us to check restock availability on a particular style.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver pan-India! Bearberry ships to all major cities and towns across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability in your area. For bulk or wholesale orders, contact us directly at info@bearberryindia.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment modes including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are secured with SSL encryption for your safety.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available on most orders across India. COD availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your pincode. A small COD handling fee may apply.

How do I apply a discount or coupon code?

On the checkout page, you'll find a "Coupon Code" field. Enter your code there and click "Apply" — the discount will be reflected in your order total instantly. Only one coupon can be applied per order.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster. You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your shipment on our courier partner's website. You can also log in to your account on our website and visit "My Orders" to see the latest status.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed Size Chart. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and length and comparing with our chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a comfortable fit.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?

How should I care for my Bearberry garments?

For best results, machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, turn garments inside out, and avoid direct sunlight when drying. Do not bleach. Care instructions are also printed on the inner label of each product.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view purchase history, save your wishlist, and enjoy a faster checkout experience.
